EPAC MCS PARTNERS AGREEMENT FORM

The acceptor of this EPAC MCS Web Partners Agreement agrees to enter into a relationship with EPAC Inc. (The Eighth Point Association Community Sports And Athletics Network), as a member of the Motor City Showcase Club and concurrently, in an independent contractor relationship through the EPAC MCS Web Partners Program.  The Partner must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.  If there is subsequently, a discovery of false information in regards to the age requirement, this agreement shall immediately be cancelled.

Upon formal approval, the acceptor of this agreement becomes a partner to the fund raising division of EPAC Inc.  The acceptor is entitled to 50% of the donations generated to EPAC Inc. by that same individual.  This 50% does not include the initial $40.00 donated  by the same Partner for this opportunity.  The acceptor, hereby referred to as the Web Partner or the “Partner” shall have the authority to build his/her team of partners who also, will solicit non-taxable donations to EPAC Inc.  The Partner shall be entitled to any and all benefits of Motor City Showcase Club Membership.  In general, payments will be compiled on a bi-weekly basis; subject to occasional changes and adjustment in schedule.

The Partner shall serve as a representative of the Eighth Point Association, EPAC Inc., The Motor City Showcase Club and all related entities.  The Partner shall represent and encourage interest in the activities and affairs of EPAC Inc.  The Partner shall share responsibility in the training of new recruits or members.  Eventually a partner shall be able to enunciate the value, history, current affairs and goals of EPAC Inc.  A Partner shall conduct himself/herself in a manner that does not compromise or damage the reputation of The Eighth Point Association or its subsidiary, EPAC Inc. or related entities.  

There shall be no refunds for materials, membership or the opportunity itself; these are in fact designated as, “donations”.  Information and training materials, although issued as a viable business opportunity, are forwarded as a token of appreciation.  EPAC Inc. offers no absolute guarantee of income results.  The results of a particular Partner is based on that Partner’s individual efforts, knowledge and talent, and circumstances.  The Partner willingly assumes any and all risks associated with his or her decision to become and act in the role of Partner.

The partner agrees not to hold The Eighth Point Association or any of its subsidiaries, Websites, or individuals liable for any damages or risks associated with the EPAC MCS Web Partners Program.  The Partner agrees, furthermore, not to pursue any legal or court action of any kind that is adverse to the Eighth Point Association or any of its subsidiaries, websites or staff.  In the event of any such action on the part of the Partner, that Partner shall be determined to have committed a substantial infraction and breach against this agreement.  Therefore, upon such determination, this agreement shall be rendered “null and void” and that individual’s name shall be permanently removed from the active roster.  Any payment of any monies due to the Partner upon the determination of infraction or breach shall be forfeited and the Partner shall not be eligible for any further payments.  The individual will subsequently, be permanently barred from any further eligibility for this opportunity in the future.

A Partner shall not use any of the written, email, Web or any other content of this program, including training materials, to divert funds from EPAC Inc. to another program or individual.  Any such action can and will result in complete revocation of this agreement and possible adverse legal consequences.

The Partner shall not use any name of, reference to, Website or subsidiary of the Eighth Point Association to conduct any illegal or fraudulent activity, sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, terrorist, hateful or offensive activity or include such in the subject matter, including that in blog entries.

A Partner shall not make inflammatory or negative and destructive statements or claims against the Eighth Point Association, any of its subsidiaries, Websites, or staff; through email and Web communication, forums, electronic media, written media and communication or through any other means.

This material is copyrighted and any unauthorized duplication or alteration of any of the material is strictly prohibited and may result in both civil and criminal prosecution.

EPAC Inc. is not a political organization, therefore the Partner is strictly forbidden to state or willfully, create the public impression that EPAC Inc. supports or is for or against any political candidate or party.

Unauthorized publishing or disclosure to media or media coverage contacts is forbidden.  Any and all content for media must be approved or pre-approved.  A request for such disclosure or media coverage must be submitted with specific details of content, in writing and approved by the president or designated official.

EPAC Inc. has zero tolerance for SPAM.  A Partner who has been verified as having committed spam will be promptly removed from the active roster.  (Be sure to read about spamming on “Safe Tips For Your Internet Business”)

Epac Inc. reserves the right to change or amend any or all provisions of this agreement as it is determined necessary.  EPAC Inc. also reserves the right to suspend or cancel this agreement upon its own discretion without prior notice.

A partner has the option to terminate this agreement at any time if he/she wishes.  Upon this request, EPAC Inc. is released from its payment obligation and payments cease immediately.  The partner shall send an email to epacmcs@sbcglobal.net requesting termination of this agreement or send a written request to:  EPAC Inc.

I have read, understand and agree to and will abide by all of the terms of the MCS Web Partners Agreement.  I understand that violation of any of these terms may result in the termination of this agreement and legal consequences where applicable.
